"Slow replies and not much help"
I reached out to customer service sometime last week, or maybe it was the week before, and it took way longer than I expected to hear back. When they finally did reply, it didn’t really solve much for me. I felt like I had to keep explaining the same thing, and in the end I still wasn’t fully helped.

"Good popcorn, but the packaging was a letdown"
The popcorn itself was actually good, but my order showed up with the bag kind of crushed and some of it spilled all over inside the box. It still tasted fine, so I guess that’s something, but the packaging felt really cheap. It’s frustrating because you expect the product to arrive in decent shape, and then suddenly it feels like the goalposts move to “well, at least it’s still edible.” Not really what I was expecting.

"Fresh popcorn, but the delay felt avoidable"
I ordered from misshannahspopcorn.com the popcorn was really fresh when it arrived. I was a little worried it might show up stale or chewy from shipping, but the bags were sealed well and everything still had a nice crunch.
The only thing that knocked it down to 4 stars for me was the delivery taking a bit longer than I expected, which felt avoidable. That said, it still tasted good, and I’d probably order again the next time I’m craving popcorn.

"Really good popcorn, wish I’d ordered more"
I tried a few bags every flavor was really good, not fake-tasting or way overdone like some popcorn can be. Everything tasted fresh too. I went through them faster than I expected and was already annoyed I didn’t have another bag ready. Definitely ordering again

I sent a few bags to my sister for her birthday and she was really into them. I thought the flavors might be a little too fancy at first, but actually no, they were fun and still easy to enjoy. Shipping them straight to her was super simple too, so yeah, I’d definitely gift these again.

"I was really hoping this popcorn would..."
I was really hoping this popcorn would be nice and crunchy, but it tasted a little stale to me. It was kind of soft, not much crunch at all, and that was disappointing for the price.

"Decent popcorn, painfully slow shipping"
The popcorn itself was fine, no real complaints there. But the shipping took almost two weeks, which was frustrating. What made it worse was trying to get an update and getting stuck with those automated system responses that don’t actually tell you anything useful. Just annoying all around.

"Pretty solid portion"
The bag was a decent size and definitely enjoyable. I went through it quickly, so I wouldn’t have minded if it was a little bigger, but overall it was good

"Not really worth the price for me"
The popcorn was fine taste-wise, nothing bad about it, but the bag was definitely smaller than I expected for what it cost. I’m okay spending a little extra on snacks if they feel worth it, but this one just didn’t for me. Personally, I wouldn’t buy it again at that price.
